Share your experiences, learn more about your rights, and, together with other flex workers, take steps towards permanent employment and a secure future.
Whether you sort packages or work in a distribution centre of a supermarket. Whether you are an Uber taxi driver or a Q-Commerce deliverer [flitsbezorger], riding your bike through the city. Whether you are Dutch or from Poland, or situated in Phase A or B. The differences may seem great, but you have one thing in common: you have no permanent employment contract. And this should change.
That is why the FNV will be organising the Flex Congress. During interesting workshops you will learn from experts and fellow flex workers how you can improve your position. Special guest will be Dutch Minister of Social Affairs and Employment, Karien van Gennip. She will be interviewed by chair for the day, Hassnae Bouazza, a Moroccan-Dutch journalist, writer, columnist, translator and television programme maker, and engage in talks with flex workers.
Now is the time to demand #VastEnZzeker [permanent and secure] work!
