You have the right to submit a request to the FNV to transfer your personal data to you or to an organisation mentioned by you. You can request this by contacting the Contact Centre or by e-mailing privacyoffice@fnv.nl.
To ensure that the request has been submitted by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Mark your passport photo, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport, passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your submitted request within four weeks.

The FNV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised changes. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact privacyoffice@fnv.nl.
From time to time, we will need to amend this privacy statement to reflect changing circumstances.
