My name is Hugo and I’m 45. My career was in hospitality and horeca, but the corona virus changed all this. I had the opportunity to migrate to the Netherlands to live, and work in logistics. The virus went but I stayed. My daughter is 20 years old, I brought her here to live with me so she could see that life is better here. A lot can be better and we will play our role to achieve the needed change!

My name is Fernando and I'm Portuguese. I'm living in the Netherlands since August 2022. I came here with the biggest illusion to chase new experiences and new goals. Instead of that I found out myself living in inhuman conditions. In another country, almost 2 hours from work... that's why I decided to join FNV, to make sure others don't go through the same situations that I did and be able to help others expats.
