In the Greenhouse Horticulture CAO you will find agreements regarding salaries, allowances, working hours, overtime, holidays, and pensions. This CAO applies to employees who are involved in planting, picking, caring for, and harvesting crops in greenhouses. Important: FNV did not sign this CAO, our members rejected the terms of the CAO proposed by the employers, considering them insufficient.
