Workshop: Know your rights as a temporary agency worker
Participate in the ‘Know your rights as a temporary agency worker’ workshop if you want to learn more about your rights as an agency worker and the collective labour agreement for agency workers (uitzend-cao). Are you getting what you are entitled to? Does your employer comply with the agreements? Please keep your payslip at hand so that you can check instantly whether everything has been implemented and specified correctly.

Workshop: Renting in NL: What are you rights?
You work as an agency worker in the Netherlands. How is your housing arranged? Which regulations apply? Can fines and inspections be imposed? These and many other matters will be discussed during this workshop, including, most importantly, how much you pay.
Undocumented? You still have rights!
Even if you work illegally without a residence permit, labor law applies. But what use is that to you if you are afraid to stand up for your rights on your own? In this workshop we will talk about who can help you, and how you can stand strong together with others. But also about what help is still lacking and what we can do about it ourselves. Fairwork will talk with us.

The VAKbeweging, a collaboration between the FNV and the CNV trade unions, helps everyone from job to job, through career counselling and/or coaching. Regardless of whether you have lost your job, have a flexible contract, or are in danger of losing your job in the near future.
